It all seems to be building in the direction Youve mentioned but then I think it was also mentioned that NS wernt impressed with VB and his involvement in all this.

Im still thinking NS are angling in on one direction but are looking to perhaps uncover other info in regards to the change in the way the Perkoa finance was to be raised.Im thinking this was the end point anyway and the delay in start-up may well have all been a part of this new financing direction.

There were certain substantial notices lacking around mid 07 and the timing as regards the lack of mine progress and these positions being taken is a little uncanny.

Pure conspiratorial speculation on my part and that previously posted article may be the total facts.But Im still looking for better reasons behind this legal action by NS and Im thinking Ive almost got it nailed in that last paragraph.
