Warren is not a big fan of property nor rarely invests in overseas assets i.e. Australia. He certainly likes distressed assets i.e. Wells Fargo Bank back in S & L scandal, also Washington Post early 1970's, GEICO, Amer. Express in 1960's.
But there are other people who do apply his principles to property(LOL).
