Commercially produced SPG will still have to be initial short term qualified after additional post processing (CVD); long before any long term qualifications (~ 3 years) will start and then, any new SPG product commercial qualified would be for a next generation battery and not substitutable in current generation batteries of any type.
All raw materials and batteries in the public and industrial sector today were qualified and tested circa 2013 - 2015.
