    Starting to think this re-rate, at least the last few months is due to market sentiment across all penny stocks, rather than sentiment relating to SAS. Penny stocks have been taking a dive recently, the last few weeks in particular.

    Seen it happen many times over the years, penny's have a market of their own, similar to a commodity.
