I think your are a bit muddled up. She is not after a higher valuation of company. She is after a complete ownership and a profitable outcome of her investment. The minority recalcitrant shareholders may benefit or may lose, and she would not be concerned about it one way or another. Her investment is a long term investment and a risky one as well. There is nothing emotional about what I say, cool speculation about interesting battle of wits.
