When I saw them at the recent SIWW, I saw a delegation of Filipinos milling around the booth. Again, I didn't pay much attention to it. Having lived in SE Asia all my life, I had expected demand would be slow to take off because most times, we are would not act until we see the problem up front in our faces. So this new order is a pleasant surprise to me. On top of it it, it is residential. Residential developments need lots of permits for deployment, lots of bureaucratic hoops to jump through. Hence, the speed of adoption there has really pleasantly surprised me. I had expected hotels and resorts would be first to buy an Aspial.
There are lots of resorts in Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia that are running on aged infrastructure. At peak seasons, sewerage overflow is common. I am going to bet that resorts in SE Asia will be next to adopt Aspial. Also met a lot of local SE Asian consultants poking at Aspial. Maybe , they are the ones who have recommended the developers to put an Aspial on the premises.
