    I think the Nachu portion of the announcement was the most positive. A partnership or JV would be a step in the right direction. Something like the KDR situation (except on a somewhat smaller scale) with money up front would put this company in a steadier position.

    Other than that, it's hard to see how the cornerstone investor fits and how beneficial it could actually be. Dilution will be a real problem at these levels, especially if they want direct equity in the plants where Magnis is essentially a sub 50% partner already. What I would do is work on the JV for Nachu, attract as much up front money as possible leaving the mine construction etc to the partner, and then use the income from the mine to seek financing for the battery factories.

    In a perfect world anyway...
