IMO FAR management need to consider their position regarding PE otherwise it all might go pear shape.

Cujo care to enlighten everyone how it might go pear shaped?
FAR need to find the cash for their share regardless of arbitration.....I fail to see how the 2 are connected?
FAR own their 13.7% of SNE...same as CNE own their 40%.
Seems the only one that is worried about finding finance is the one's who are not certain they own their share?
Yes I know WPL could pay for it with lose change but I suspect the problem is way bigger than that.
They will find it difficult, whilst their share is in arbitration. I can't see their board signing off on investing a big chunk of change with no title certainty....and make no mistake this is exactly what PC is saying, because if they were certain they would not be rolling out this line they would just plough ahead.
Seems to me the only one's with uncertainty are WPL......they can blame that on COP and any delay in the development will also land at WPL's feet not a junior partner like FAR. Aimo DB
