    Rawiller,

I have been in this place before with other investments and I find it almost impossible to get directors to admit the truth for legal reasons.

I have had an "honest mistake" admission before to cover incompetence but I think KKL's problem is that they have always believed a contract would come off. There was always the imminent cashflow for each of the ASX queries.

Richard's departure as a consultant did not go down well with me as if anyone who was going to see some fruit for his efforts would have hung around for a few more months. He obviously has poured enough time in for nada.

For something to happen where we shareholders get justice we need a major shareholder to come up with a new direction, spill the board and refresh.

I have no doubt all the documentation that was prepared for the Isity deal was prepared on heaps of blue sky. We KKL shareholders at the time took the bait as this was going to be a better future to buy time for the long convoluted contracts we had been hoping for to come off but forever delayed based on a new excuse. There has been no contracts.

Its not our fault that we believed the deal as it was so left field and has a great story at a time we would hold onto any potential future to realise what we know was a good revenue stream.

Rawiller, I trust you have a few ideas and am certainly interested to hear as I am happy to consider anything to get justice.

Let see what others think... putting it out there...
