What no one has mentioned here is that they have actually sorted out the funding for both stage 1 and stage 2. Stage 2’s $40 million will be debt funded arranged by Tribeca. So no equity required for the more expensive stage 2. It just gets better.


I see some more monster transactions going through in the Montney, nuvistas deal to acquire 32,000 acres with some poroducton and infrastructure for $632 million.


10 cents should be a formality, the technicals are confirming that as well.
