They will not be able to change the rules (adhoc) and apply the 50.1% majority even with the unanimous vote of the directors as there is too many conflict of interests from all parties and they would be hammered when we take it to the courts.

They will still need to obtain 75% of the vote - so if we stay banded together they will need to come back to the table and negotiate a reasonable and fair price to minorities.
