I can give you around ($)12,000 reasons for that. For some the hoops simply just aren't high enough. There are some pigs out there I can assure you, in fact that is too kind a term for the tenant I got rid of 3.5 mths ago. IMO bonds should be tripled and that is being kind.
Rent them a wonderful newly decorated home with 2 toilets and still urinate on the carpet to the point of destruction, they destroy every wall in the pace, kill of the lawns and gardens, smash the garage door and ceiling, leave the oven with left over rotting food, destroy the kitchen sink with paint solvents, smash windows and doors. All this between inspections...........PIGS! At least I have a court order and they are now rent blacklisted in WA.
