Categorically AlbertE; for our Board to make the comment within the 19 March 2018 indicative proposal :
NKP shareholders approving the transaction by the requisite majority (75% ofthose present and voting) required by the Bermuda Companies Act 1981;
Only to change tact after knowledge, and confirmation by our minority group that we have >25%, and now the goal posts shift to be 50.% wreaks of conflict
If the ASIC turn a blind eye to this, then the next Royal Commission should be into the conduct of foreign domiciled entities listed on disallowed, as quite simply its a free licence to avoid the Australian regulations to which you would otherwise believe to be protected by when investing in ASX listed companies - and quite frankly should not be allowed to occur.
