some good articles this weekend, property afr for example,
property investors are liking the rents, approximately 5% or just under, compared to the very volatile stock market where returns for past 3 months are minus 6.2%..............
I still say that stock market is turning people away, they will put their money into alternative invesments and property is looking good.............
would any of you trust the banks at the moment ???? to park your hard earned cash...........hinting there is a possibility of them having trouble............oh you say the govt will save them if that happens..............I don't trust them............

see the figures from REIV past 5 years, its a suburb by suburb thing, and very different positions, one goes up and same time another goes down.
we will see for sure quite soon............they will be dropping the interest rates..........unless swan is still frozen and too scared to do anything smart
