    the stocks !

    say that to half a mortgage belt in sydney that lost 20 or 30% in value in last 4-5 years !

    i have access to RP data and just by "browsing the streets" it's blatantly obvious that every second sale from 01,02,03...has been a loss for whomever sold that same property in 05,06,07...and most of them have been "improved" and there was certain amount of years where the interest was paid ($$$$$)...
    from 330 to 270...from 460 to 360...the story reads so much worse than RE and newspapers would have you believe...it's a crime !

    if you live in a mortgage belt and it's stagnating...you should consider yourself VERY lucky !
