I found a lot of them are receptionists who did a quick course and do PM as a part of their role.
I am managing one property myself that has excellent tenants however both now will be handed over to someone I have found I think will do the trick. Dedicated PM with no other role and knows what to do. All I have to do is check the bank balance and monitor the agent.
Strict instructions that don't need explanation. The tenants doesn't pay rent or stuffs up the property they are out. Tired of being the bank for losers.
