G’day mate,
I am not privy to his contract terms of KPIs but I’d be astounded if they aren’t SP related.
I do know he has met with many brokers so far, some this week, some last and introduced Greg to North American contacts which I am led to believe have been involved with hummingbirds financing and I think AJM.
As much as the SP doesn’t reflect BGS progress, personally I rate him very highly. Like I mentioned in my previous post, marks role is to put BGS at the top of the list when money makers want more exposure to lithium. I think the BGS Board previously with out him, had so much to do previously, that exposure of our company to the wider market got left behind as evidenced by some of our peers going to MC territories way in excess of ours.
Mark is plugging this hole as our story is extremely compelling and advanced. I met him not long ago, and can confidently say he has a serious hunger and drive, and probably is the youngest in our office which is a good mix (guessing 42 years old)?
What Mark can’t control is instos/brokers asset class investment profile. Unfortunately when Mark started , the lithium sector as a whole took a hit... it’s hard to promote a company when the ones with the money are saying for now, we’ve been mandated to go to vanadium/uranium stocks so we are switching there... Marks building the relationships with these people so when they say, ‘ok lithium’s overdone, the future is bright and a massive oversupply is nonsense’ the ground work has been done so we are the first apple picked. He has a big reputation in this space and what better way to improve it with BGS.
Regarding his LinkedIn profile, I can reach out for you and see what happens. I do know he has been extremely busy and that updating his profile is probably lower on his key tasks, albeit a small one to change, I take your point. Il have a go.
Hope you are well mate.

G'day Boy1,
What are your thoughts on a dual listing in London? Couldn't hurt much and they wouldn't have too many other 100 MT hard rock resources on their exchange I don't think. Not sure if they'd have many big li resources at all...
That'd be something to hit them with at 121 Mining in London in November.
