    A feasibility study shouldn't be rushed... This isn't some small tack on study for a company already producing a product - this is a company making (or breaking) study - it should be rigorous, it should assess all options and its imperative the financials stack up...

    The first feasibility studies financials obviously didn't stack up - otherwise someone would have financed it!

    The staged approach is prudent...
