Ok so I was half right ;-) your speculating.

LOK is a stock that should be traded, dont wait for a magic number just buy the dips and sell the peaks.
Note : It's a very dangerous stock to trade.

It could be taken over but I think it's unlikely IMHO.

If your looking for a good stock buy SNN you should get them for 21.5c.
