I forgot to address your last point. I believe the company decided to raise the capital at $ 0.65 following the hard sell off on 12 June 2018. This insulates them from any market event for the next two years. The large institutional option holders will be aware of TLG's current cash position and are likely to exercise their options later this year, assuming no other market disruptions, which are always a risk, especially with current White House policy, which appears to be picking a fight with all their traditional friends and allies, Turkey is just the most recent casualty.
