As per title, am I the only one that thinks the addition of Norm Seckold as the first substantial holder for yonks is very, very significant?
This takes away some of the need for ousting Duncan. I can't really imagine Norm just letting the company that he has become a substantial holder in just drift. I wouldn't mind betting that he is in regular contact with Duncan, possibly helping out with contacts etc .
I still support the jervoisvision move, as any new directors as highly credentialled as the one proposed are a good thing, and also, shareholders have a right to be consulted and informed. It is probably a good thing for boards to be a bit wary of shareholders. I just don't have it in for Duncan, as some other posters here seem to,until I have ALL the facts. With Norm buying in, I am not sure that the company is being as badly run (slow, yes!!)as I may have at one time suspected.
Any thoughts
