The problem is when it hits bottom it's too difficult to buy at that price the next day. That's why it's too difficult to pick it. Pick a really bad day like last Friday and buy in the afternoon when stocks plummet. (If you have can security value left). It's a good idea to have some cash surplus at all times to be able to take advantage of the lows. If you watch a stock enough you know when it's time to buy. I think the current price is good.
