Seeing that we are getting closer to end game, and they are not willing to let the company go for less than say $1B (although I reckon they are looking at much higher) they will logically have to start re-rating this hard over the next month or two.
No one in their right mind is going to pay 20x market cap. I would say they would have to get this up to $400m instead to attract a half decent bid.
Just my thoughts.
