It says MINOR is a partner of Minocom who own 70% of PER 13698 (30% Cominiere).

if Tantalex acquires 65% of MINOR share leaving them with 5% then does that mean MINOR=Minocom=Mines d’Or Resources. As you say...

True. However Tantalex is well connected in the region (i.e. JV with La Congolaise D’Exploitation Minière -“La Cominière” and own Limited United Cominiere SAS), so i'd be very surprised if this doesn't turn into more than just an agreement. imho
