Hi Cash, I believe from an accounting point of view that as they haven't moved to "commercial production" yet, that the interest cost would be a "development cost" with any expected cash receipts being an offset to development costs (as opposed to Revenue when they move to commercial production status). So perhaps the figures in the quarterly include the interest and also an offset for the cash receipts expected, or perhaps it's just the interest. Like what would they still have to spend $15m on?
All just in my humble opinion though.
