OK. Maybe I am not reading correctly or not reading between the lines ... but ... why would Rongjie import the spodumene concentrate only to sell it to Ruifu when Rongjie itself NEEDS the spodumene concentrate because, like you said, their own mine is shutdown ??

I would have thought that Ruifu would sell to Rongjie because, like you said, Rongjie needs to import to fulfill their contract because Rongjie's mine is shutdown.

Am I missing something ?
