If NTA is 1.3 billion and SP now is .28 what's the downside for dilution?
So they pump double the shares on issue, still makes it worth .65?
Or am I wrong? Seems to me if you can pick the point of "Yes CNP will recover" you'd buy all you could to lower your holding average.
