Many revived companies get rid of the "old guard" for the shareholders benefits. If the old BOD have been replaced then you need to give them a go before painting the new BOD with a tainted brush.

Can you clarify your position when you say " The problem is the management not the asset" !

We have invested in the new board not the old board, your input would be appreciated without references to the old regime. If you know more about the current board than we do or you don't .. love to hear your comparison. Many punters have suffered under old management, that does not mean a new board will follow suit.
