In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Roto-Gro International Limited (ASX: RGI) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the announcement of a material sales agreement with a perishable foods grower in Australia.The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 22 August 2018 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
