Who will be attending the SH meeting in Perth this Friday?
Could someone please ask the below 2 questions:
Q1. Will income (post Jenbrook purchase) be enough to cover all of EVE's future outgoing cashflow from operating activities?
Q2. The THC Lease agreement, does this bring in any income, or is more of an exchange of asset use, services, IP and RnD, (i.e. land use in exchange for RnD, laboratory time, future JV product % instead of money exchanged etc.)?
The Jenbrook transaction brings with it regular income (profit margins yet to be known).
RE: EVE to Acquire Leading Aust Organic Tea Tree Oil Producer' page 1, highlight dotpoint #4:
'Total reported & unaudited revenue' figures of ($2.1million + US$1.5million. Todays exchange rate $1US = $1.37AUD total = $4.155 million* ) are already being generated via Jenbrook Pty Ltd and Jenbrooks' 49% ownership of Naturally Australian Products LLC .
*Total figure subject to US>AUD exchange rate.
Redleaf saw value in EVE at 1.3c (MC approx $29mill), thus I'd image that they have alot more skin in the game than most of us and would be on the bat phone regularly to management for updates.
