Either way would be a surprise - that is a court case, you win it is a nice surprise, you lose it is a not so nice surprise.
I think they do, and boy have they been handsomely rewarded as a result... I remember when Bricking and I were banging heads around the 6 and 7c mark barely 2 years ago... and I reckon end of the month we could be back into the 14's easily. Even today above the 13c mark - and if that does happen then it will validate that a loss was partly priced in.
