Disclaimer: im not a corporate lawyer so my view could be wrong. We have been watching this over 7 years. Shares were frozen by oz courts as security in event wec wins against PTB. If PTB acquires KRL then wec could need to seek new security against PTB as krl shares would no longer trade on asx. All appeals would be extended the the absolute maximum by PTB if they are rational actors.i hope wec gets a decent settlement if they win BUT the indos often play hardball.
