Not sure how you come to a P/E of 25x; I make it more like 21x (660cps share price on underlying EPS of 32cps).
At any rate, either way it isn't cheap, I don't think.
I have been happy in the past to add to my holdings in NHF when its P/E has been in the late-teens, i.e., a share price around $5.50 based on the current earnings of the company. (I just checked my records to see if my actions match my words, and yes, the last purchases of the stock I made were at share prices of $5.36 and $5.52).
