I don't know if anyone has said this yet or not about the cap raising. Most of us agree that its a done deal and the 21m is in the bank. But can this happen where instead of 10m shares being issued there are 10 - 15m shares that are issued at a lower price but still raising the 21m? or am i barking up the wrong tree??
