Just to add another perspective.
There are I agree many good points in what you portray Chianti. It is honourable and enlightening to see that you have a strong purpose and passion for the topics of health and wellness of people, and have engaged in a lot of research and investigation into nutrition and main stream medical practices.
I cannot justifiably mount an argument to support main stream medical practices nor alternative health practices over one another. Neither have been successful alone as a solution to best possible health. Combined, with a healthy spiritual approach, and a balanced intake of nutrition is where I believe is the appropriate solution to improved health and wellness.
There are many doctors that have a great grasp of nutritional benefits, and there are many who don’t. There are many natural health providers that have wonderful results, and many that don’t.
A Harvard study of a selection of people over an 80 year period from 1938 showed that the healthiest group of participants involved over the long term were those that, “the people that were most happy in their relationships at age 50, were healthiest at age 80.”
Nutrition also was an important factor as were other factors described in a summary article in the link below.

Ultimately, I believe persistence in educating yourself, seeking out professionals across a broad and varied network, and challenging what you are not satisfied with, is a good pathway to helping yourself and loved ones, and in turn will influence many others indirectly in a positive manner.
For what it’s worth, my wife is a doctor, and I wont try to represent her opinion specifically, but generally as stated above, as there will no doubt be inaccuracies in what I state.
Having done an undergraduate Science degree, post grad in medicine, reaching consultancy in her field of medicine recently, as the mother of three young happy and healthy children, she is relatively well qualified to have an opinion that:
That’s all I’ve got for now.
- there is no one right way for everyone
- there are so many specialties in medicine that it’s erroneous to put all doctors in the one basket
- there is not yet enough body of research and study to show whether the science behind A2 is conclusively better than A1 or a combination of both. Albeit it doesn’t deny the possibility.
- There are good doctors and bad doctors
- What is currently accepted as best practice now in health a wellness is always evolving, and to be open to change in attitudes and practices.
