    I already did, but I will repeat it again more simply for you.

    If you have 51%, you have control of the shares of the company, but you do not have total access to the assets of the company as you have to share them with the other sh'ers.

    For a PPP takeover to be worth anyone's while, you want to get your hands on the cash without having to declare a dividend. If you get 100%, then you get your hands on the booty. Then that cash mostly funds the takeover money you spent in the first place.

    No-one wants to try and takeover a cash box and not get their hands directly on the cash. You want the major sh'ers to sell out right at the beginning by offering them the right price and then signalling to the market you have their block of shares. Then the rest will fall into your lap (unless it is a very stingy bid).
