    Sorry I dont have time to  read the  announcement right at this moment, but are you saying that the company won't be raising funds via an IPO when the new company floats?  I just assumed they would do this to  raise the 10 mil (or whatever the  amount) to fund the DSO operation.   I guess the alternative  is to sell off a percentage of Barrambie in a JV to fund the mine?
