    Retiredyoung, I will have one more go at this for you..

    40m per year is $120m value...Clearly I have said twice..$10m year one, $20m year 2 and $40m year 3..10+20+40 is 70...the 40m is in year 3...not all the years....its not a straight line...hope that make sense...
