Oohh... more excitement.

The broker report is always 3 days lagged but we can see the total $ turnover by broker only 1 day lagged.

Who was the highest dollar turnover broker for CNP yesterday? Could it be Commsec like every other day? Nope.

Macquarie Securities turned over $5.1m worth of CNP shares yesterday eclipsing Commsec by almost 20%. By my calculations the Big Macq would have been responsible for about 18.5m of the shares traded yesterday (about 2.2% of the whole company).

Our only problem at this stage is that we don't know if they were net buyers or net sellers. Either way, they did a massive amount of volume.
