For what it's worth I also ascertained IRC had indeed taken up its full 1 for 5 entitlement to
RWD's recent capital raising @ 18 cents per new share -Cost ~ $216k.
(IRC held 6m RWD before this CR and will also receive 600k free options(1 for
every 2 new shares)exerciseable @ 24 cents before 30 June 2021).
NB IRC and RWD share the same office and have cross s/holding).
If choice was mine I think I would have stuck with the existing 6m shares
notwithstanding dilution.
