Hi Yin,

If I were an OXR Director,I would make a Script Offer very soon after this present BTV Share Buy Back. Something like, One OXR for Ten BTV would be very acceptable to me because it would value BTV at approx. 33 Cents per Share and get around any Capital Gains Tax Positions for many BTV Shareholders like the BTV Directors who have been fortunate to Buy BTV at approx. the 10.5 Cent Mark.
OXR could even find a position for Mr Greg Durack, with a move such as this.
