Regarding the timing of any financing deal he said two things:
In the first instance he said it is on target to happen in the 4TH quarter but it could be sooner. "Sooner" obviously means it could be in the current quarter.
In the second instance he said it should happen by mid-4th quarter.
Make of those what you will.
Nothing was said about working on anything else or anything imminent. A CR needs to be imminent so it could be that.
