hmm.... ye seems like slow accumulation to keep share prices down.
If you went to buy 600k worth of shares in one big fat lump sum then you'll push the share prices way to high too fast.
But if you buy them in small quantity it gives time for sellers to react and put in a sale price,
thus keeping the share to an absolute minimum while being able to accumulate slowly
This looks good because one main buyer is buying big and alot of small sellers with no BOS bailing.
