When I reported them to ASIC last year I did not know that his son had purchased 6 million shares under the Private Placement but I was suspicious of their behaviour and ASIC INVESTIGATED and discovered his son's purchase.
ASIC can investigate whereas we cannot BUT now there is now enough evidence for ASIC to do a very thorough investigation of all their activities.....negligent spending, ignoring the warnings of the auditor, unlawful capital raising ( unconstitutional ) and now the question as to why Jamie Cullen suddenly resigned.
Please everyone report them to ASIC as if these guys get away with it, others will try as well

Also it will not be the end of the company as the courts can interfere and it will be easy to get honest directors once these crooks are gone and so don't be intimidated by this guy as he is in their camp. It is a great asset and we all know that they do not need that much money to continue operations
You are trying to intimidate shareholders into thinking that they have no rights and the company will get " only a slap on the wrist".

Leave the personal attacks and accusations out of it please. I have a different opinion to you and that’s it nothing more, nothing less.
I respect your right to your opinion but I disagree with it. I’m not trying to intimidate anyone - just stating the situation as I see it.

At this stage unless you’ve got a clear alternative plan in mind, alternative leadership and funding approach then I don’t believe making changes for the sake of sending a message achieves anything constructive.
