It is "proposed" because it's not signed. Until the ink hits the paper anything is possible, but certainly not probable.

Concerning "counterparties," it is semantics being debated. There are several financiers involved. No one party controls all the money, risk is spread out, and; they're all on the same page.

My interest is in the successful financing shape. Debt. what interest rate? Bonds, terms? Convertible Debentures? A mix? Being impossible to speculate on its shape, I'm quite happily waiting.

A BIG hurdle is about to be seen in the rear view mirror.
