Hi Ash, This not the actual case. Mark Pivac has been doing this project since 2005 however Mike Pivac didn't get involved until 2014/2015 Mike Pivac's involvement came from When ABN group sold out all there shares after the 2009 crash and he purchased a small bundle.
The original board back in 2005 was Peter Scott, (Brick Works) Dale Alcock,(ABN) whos was the chair Michael Wood, Mark Pivac and Andrew Whitton, the secretary of the company was John Miniello.
Interesting enough John Miniello who at the time was partners with Andrew Whitton was the one who got ABN involved in the project and then ABN got Brickworks involved. These two big investors along with a small group of other shareholders were the founding members, there cash input along with R&D claw backs, pretty much supplied all the cash.
