Incitec Pivot's presentation at the Credit Suisse Asian Investment Conference points to "a fundamental shift in the value of phosphate rock", and highlights the following on page 21:
"Limited planned new capacity additions to Phosphate Rock capacity"
and
"4-year lead-time for new capacity in an increasing capital cost environment"

The document points to an increasing demand environment.
