BUL is an asset play. I think it's a good one. don't look at the share price. think of the value of the underlying assets. for those wanting drilling to prove up reserves, there is a cost to this which is shareholder dilution via capital raisings. JEF has a heap of experIence and lots of connectIons. if we cut a deal and brIng money in, then we can use those funds for exploration.
