CVN is the wrong price...$450m for 20% stake...lets agree nothing else matters as it didnt before the recent discovery. Implied valuation of 100% is $2.25b... STO paid $2.15b for the entire Quadrant business...thats has over 250m in EBITDA.. You have to put a 6 x multiple on this EBITDA amount...implied valuation of CVN is around 50% lower.
