I would like to see a business case or financial model with an indication of costs for this infrastructure. There are several other geothermal explorers in the vicinity so would be interesting to see the trade-off between infrastructure costs and transmission losses, with the higher temperatures that GDY claims. This has been much discussed on hotcopper but the numbers are obviously fluid and particularly affected by the cost of credit, carbon pricing and many other factors.

Perhaps after the proof of concept they will spend some more time on the plan for commercialization of this resource.
